The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

2. General

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking and no analytics services. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server – no external services (e.g. Google Fonts, CDNs, social media plugins) are embedded.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes technical information: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, data volume transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is used to ensure reliable operation and to improve our service; it does not allow us to identify individual persons.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Log data is deleted after 14 days at the latest.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, content of the message) exclusively to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
